The method of ‘roti’ preparation:‘Roti’ can be made of any one of the siridhanyalu flours. Alternately, 95 % of any kind of ‘siridhanya’ flour has to be mixed with 5 % black gram flour before adding the required quantity of water and 2 spoonfuls of yoghurt to the mixture. This mixture has to be kneaded thoroughly and dumplings of the dough have to be made.
